HELP!!!! Pooched By Mappoint 2004

I am developing in VB.Net. I learned on an app that we built that uses Mappoint. At the time, I had Mappoint 2002 on my machine. I then (foolishly thinking it had value) purchased Mappoint 2004 and installed it over 2002. Once the facts became evident, I uninstalled 04, returned it, and re-installed 02. However, my registry is all messed up and it thinks I still have Mappoint Control 11.0 (02 is 9.0) and other 04 components when I don't. Now the app won't run.

Anyone out there that can help?

Reinstall the OS, dummy.:twisted:

Delete the key from CurrentUser\\Software\\Microsoft\\MapPoint

The format of the key might not be quite right, but the hierarchy is (I just messed with it earlier this week).
