Converting pushpins to data?

I've used pushpins to identify approximate locations of trail heads...since they're not specifically associated with a street address, it was easier to "manually" find the location.

Now, I'd like to convert those pushpins - each of which has a unique label...back to an Excel sheet, so I can add more information and link it to my hiking log...

Any suggestions for this? Or once a drawing symbol, always a drawing symbol?

TIA

To export them to excel you could just drag you mouse over them holding down the left mouse button to draw a rectangle. Right click in the resulting rectangle to get the menu. Choose export to excel.

If you want to be able to import back into mappoint or if you need the lat/long you can use Pushpin Tool (a plug for my program) which will export to excel and include the lat/long. Here is the link if you want to try it.
