IP address search

I'm trying to locate someone that has hit my website. I did an IP address search through Abida.com ($9.95) but all they gave me was city, state, longitude and latitude. They also told me the IP address is owned by America Online. I need more info.

Looks like you have been hit by someone calling in. The probably don't log that and it changes every time someone's logging in. No chance that you can track the person you are looking for.

Is there anyone who would be willing to search for IP address: 68.228.243.254?? Someone has tried logging into my bank account and I got their IP address from my bank, but am unable to pinpoint their location. Good luck getting the customer information from the ISP though, you would likely need an exact time that someone was logged in using that IP as well as a court order! This is exactly was RIAA is doing to try to find p2p sharers.

Thank you for your information. I ordered a report from Abika so hopefully that will come up with something. Also, I do happen to have the exact date and time someone logged in using the IP 68.228.243.254. My bank provided me with that information, but they were unable to pinpoint the location. I have an idea of who it might be, but I need the location to be sure.
