Problems Installing Spatial Data Importer COM Add-In

Hi,
I am trying to install the Spatial Data Importer COM Add-In that is available from Microsoft's MapPoint site.

Whenever I try to select the .dll file in the COM Add-In dialog box, I receive the error message that "this is not a valid Office add-in".

Has anyone come across this issue? Any fixes?

I have not seen that.. Have you tried re-compiling your own?

The machine I had MapPoint 2004 installed on was a Windows 2000 environment. After installing MapPoint on a Windows XP machine, the Spatial Data Importer worked fine. Not sure why this ocurred, but I am not questioning the results.
