Trial Version Install Problem

Just got my trial version. Got through the install and it says the trial has expired. Is there a direct download for this program. I have had 3 emails from tech support and they all say "well get back to you in 2 business days".

I ordered the software on 2/18/04 and today is the first day that we tried to install it. Thanks.

Are you logged in under a different username than the one in which it was installed? If so, try logging in under the account you used during the install.
