Mappoint costs

I am setting up a site using ASP.NET on a Windows 2003 server where I have to print/display maps for approx. 20 salespersons.

How does Microsoft charge to access the webservice. Is the application considered one user and one yearly cost or is the cost based upon each time the application requests a map?

Is is per transaction, but the minimum cost is around $8,000. Check with maplic@microsoft.com

What are all the other costs that would be associated with a travel/business mapping application (starting local/city, maybe going state/national?) Any references, estimates, etc linked with server/software, time schedule would be much appreciated.
