Is possible to have in map2004 Territory User Designed (by poligon or ..?) ?

No unfortunately.. but you can do polygon drawing objects.

If this could be done in MapPoint, it would allow us to take advantage of MapPoint's super-fast geocoder, and use own territory boundaries (which unfortunately do not match up with zip or census bounds). Instead, we have to use a heavier GIS-based system which uses a less-efficient geocoder.
