Can I select counties from a listing in mp2k and h....

Can I select counties from a listing in mp2k and have them shaded and displaying the county name only (to define jurisdictions based on county lines)? I don't want to show any roads, etc. I appreciate your help. If it can do this, I'm buying it!

The best way to do this is creating a territory map where each county is its own territory. This produces a map with all county boundaries clearly defined, and the name of each county displayed inside its boundary.
