Happy Friday!
My friend Karen was seeing a ‘mfc100.dll file is missing’ error message after she installed*Streets & Trips*and tried to launch it. If you find yourself in that situation here is how Karen solved it:

Install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8328). You do not*need to uninstall/reinstall S&T for this.
After it is installed – try launching S&T again.

This isn’t very common but I thought it might help someone else!

It's good way to fix mfc100.dll file error but there is easier way. Your method good when you need to download few missing dll files. When you need only one single file, try to download it strictly fro dll libraries, for example http://fix4dll.com/mfc100_dll. It will save you some time. Add this file to your system/windows32 folder and all should work fine.
