If we need a street that is not in MapPoint......

We have some customer locations that are not in MP. If we load all customers into MP and add the streets that we need,
Will reloading to get latest construction routing overlay this? If yes, what is the best way to handle this?

It's not possible to add additional streets and the construction updates do not help with this.. sorry!
