Hello,
I am using MapPoint 2004 on Windows XP with Office 2002.
I have an excel spreadsheet with Street, City, State, ZIP, and Hyperlink headings. I want to generate a map with pushpins for each address and the associated hyperlink in the bubble.
Should be simple, right? I use the link data wizard, which maps all the pushpins quite easily. I then go to Data->Data Set Properties and select the Hyperlink tab. I find that “Use hyperlinks from your imported or linked data” is already checked with the appropriate header selected. Nevertheless, when I open a balloon for one of the pushpins, there is no hyperlink. Am I doing something wrong or is this a MapPoint bug?
Best Regards,
Paul
