I am trying to build an application using mappoint. I want to find out the nearby street names of a given location or address based on a distance parameter like give me all the street names within 2 miles of a particular location.
Can you help me with this

Check out the articles on reverse geocoding on this site, they will tell you what can and cannot be done (within reason). Doing what you are considering sounds pretty hard to do with acceptable performance.
