Pushpins missing when matched by Zip Code

Hi -

I have imported via an Access query location information for various offices in a region. There are a few locations that were not mapped to a street address, so I accepted the map to a zip code. When I look at the dataset in MapPoint, the Mapping Status shows by Zip Code, rather than by Street Address. The problem is that the office locations that are mapped by zip code do not appear on the map, only the ones mapped by street address. Is there a way to resolve this?
