territory zip code capture

Why when I build a manual terrtiory based on 5 digit zips does map point not capture all the zips within that terrtiory when I do an export of the territories. ( note this is the mappoint zips not imported zips)

But when I do a single territory for the entire country (50 states it captures all the zips (assumption ) .


why are some zips not showing up or what am I missing?!

Do you know that you are actually missing data when you export your territories? That is, do you have instances where a zip code that you have cannot be found in your territories?

I think this may relate to your problem (sort of in reverse)
