map point Info

I am new to Mappoint.

Can some one tell me how to compute shortest driving
distance between two points(Latitude, Longitude is given)
This is to be used by a web application.

What is the best way to solve this problem.

First, take a look at the MapPoint Web Service.. that is the product intended for use on the web.

Then see the RoutePage aspx example included with the SDK.
