SHORTEST DRIVING DISTANCE

I need to import my point of contacts into Mappoint based on say Latitude
and longitude and then from a given point search my point of contacts
with a radius of say 50-75-100-150 (km or miles) driving distance.

This is to be implemented in a web environment. Any suggestions to do it
the best way will be appreciated.

The web environment brings up a lot of questions, exactly which part will be on the web? There are some restrictions in the EULA regarding internet use of MapPoint 2004, the MapPoint Web Service might be more appropriate?

I guess first, are you comfortable with doing this in MapPoint 2004 or do you need help with this as well? Basically you can use the FindNearby functionality...
