I need some sample code that takes my address fields from MS Access and sends them to mappoint and then updates my Access table with the Lat Long for each address and the distance between the two address.

The best idea is to look at sample code snippets in the Programming Reference part of the MapPoint Help file, and implement these basic concepts in a way that works for your specific Access database.
