section 508 compliance for mappoint 2004

can you tell me if mappoint 2004 is section 508 compliant? section 508 deals with handicapped accessability. there is a general statement about section 508 compliance and microsoft products at: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/government/section508.aspx

but i need to confirm in writing that mappoint 2004 is 508 compliant before we can purchase it. i need the statement for the purchase order.

There's a document on that page referring to MapPoint 2002.. here's the direct link:

Not a great deal has changed between 2002 and 2004, arguably the primary value of the new version is the updated data... the interface and programming object model barely changed at all.

So, I'm sure practically everything in the document above is still applicable and valid for MapPoint 2004.
