mappoint and POIs

Hi
I wonder if anyone can help i am trying to create some POIs for my tomtom go
i have mappoint and i know how to import a spreadsheet with postcode and create all the pushpins
what i am trying to establish is when i then export bacdk to a spreadsheet is there anyway i can export the long/latutdes with them ???
