I have read everything I could find on QueryShape (within reason, of course) and have no idea how to identify and export the records corresponding to the push-pins contained within the closed shape.

Can anyone help me or direct me to someone who can?

Thanks!

You need to pass the coordinates to QueryShape as an array (and not a shape object).
Also the results are returned as a RecordSet.
You will need to loop over the recordset, extracting each record's location and any data fields you need. The help file has some VB examples.
