Distance Calculation

HI;
If I have the Upper left long and lat values, and the lower right long and lat values, how can I calculate the distance from the upper left long and lat position to the upper right long and lat position??


Any help will be very appreciated.

P.S. - Not only do I need the distance, but the upper right long and lat value and the lower left long & lat values as well.

well, I'm not completely sure I understand, but I'll take a stab.......

Sounds like you're trying to make a rectangle.

If that is the case, and you have the upper left lat/long, say it is 41, -109 and the lower right lat/long, say it is 37, -102,

then.....

the upper right would be 41, -102, and the lower left would be 37, -109

Calculating distance at that point should be a breeze.
