Has anyone heard of anyone using MapPoint with an Oracle web application? Java is an option, although pl/sql is preferred.
It seems like this MapPoint thing is way more complicated than it needs to be. We upload data to them, we send them a set of arguments, they send back some xml, we parse it. But everything I'm seeing, including spatialpoint's java example, is way more complicated than that.
I've worked with MapQuest and Vicinity, why is this so different?
