Geocoding an Excel Spredsheet

I have an Excel Spreadsheet, containing approx 50,000 address records. I need to import these records into mappoint...and therefore need to add Lat & Long coordinates. Can anyone recomend a program or macro for this purpose?

I just got this program, but I thought you could still import on the address alone.
