I would like to know if it’s possible to develop a toolbar with the Mappoint library that we could use with streets&Trips ???

No unfortunately.. S&T is priced as a more limited application than MapPoint, it is not possible to "program" or automate it in the traditional sense through an API/Object Model or extend it with custom toolbars.

That said, you should still be able to automate/control it via SendKeys-type programming which simulates user input. WinBatch from Windowware.com is pretty sophisticated for doing this.
