Does anybody know how a can place my custom balloons

Does anybody know how a can place my custom balloons
(Build in visual basic 6) in top of the mappoint control at a specific location
Something likes this
I want to have transparent balloon so it not interfere with the back ground

Balloon no, but a workaround for what you want is a BMP: Insert a custom symbol and set 'useTrancparancy' to true. Then the pixel at 0,0 is used as trancparantie color
