How do I extract city list to excel?

Hello!

I have 2 Questions:

1. How do I extract a city list to excel from a radius that I draw on the map?
---I know how to extract zip codes but can't figure out just cities.

2. How do I extract a zip code list from an entire state?
---I know how to extract zips from a mile radius but not an entire state.
