Exporting MapPoint data

Is it possible to export the zip code data in the MapPoint software to an excel spreadsheet? Thanks in advance for any input received.

It is possible.. first create a shaded map, pick any demographic variable. Then using the drawing objects, outline the area you wish to export. Then Right-click and select "Export to Excel".
