Nice to see a forum for questions regarding your software. I currently Dispatch in the Charlotte NC metro area and my drivers hate the maps that I provide them using your product. Here are the main two complaints:
1) The Charlotte NC area and surrounding counties are the fastest growing area in the two Carolinas. There are numerous new roads that do not exist in your current product. Where can I find the current updates for this area to download third party or by microsoft.
2) Many of the roads listed in this area are titled by state road numbers ex. SR-1537, however in our metro area you rarely find State Road number signs. Is there a way for me to change the road labels in Mappoint so that I can change SR-1537 to the actual street name Billie Howie Road. There are 100's of roads like this.
