Stop Users from Deleting or Cutting Pushpins from map view

Can anyone help.

I need to find a way so that users can not delete or cut pushpins from the map either by

a) Selecting a pushpin on the map using left mouse click and pressing the 'DELETE' button.

b) Selecting a pushpin on the map using the right mouse click, followed by choosing the 'CUT' option from the list which includes 'Show Information' , 'Show Name' etc

I am using VB6 for my application.

very easy to do, but there was recent an articlee here in this matter. please try a search on this forum (sorry I have not the time at the moment to do the search mysel fo search into my code)
