The changing insurance industry trends are changing the rating factor from Zip Code to Census Tract, Lat / long Geo Coding. MS Mappoint already has this data and should be able to provide as part of the Location.StreetAddress property. This can also be offered as part of the MapPoint WebService too. This will help MapPoint compete against ArcView and ArcGIS.
