Plotting MapInfo data in MapPoint

Can anyone provide me guidance on how to plot MapInfo data in MapPoint that resembles the following:

The data you have seems to be at the block group level and MapPoint only supports data mapped at the census tract level (or above). To map your data you will need to aggregate your data to the census tract level first before you import it into MapPoint.
