Huge Number of Drive Times

I want to find the drive times between a huge number of zip codes, or geocodes. I only have a very basic understanding of VB programming though. I don't just want the drive time polygons on the map, I want the data to write out to excel or access. I was told that this was possible. Is it? And how?

Try looking at our MileCharter product:

Add your required locations to MapPoint as pushpins. Then run Milecharter, and it can calculate the distances, travel times, route costs, etc between these locations.

If you want distances from one group of pins to another (eg. depots to customers), then you should put each group in its own pushpinset.

That helps, but if it's outputting to Excel the way it is, that limits you to 256 locations at a time. Is there another way?

You can span charts across multiple sheets within the same spreadsheet, because of the 256 column limit in Excel. You did ask for Excel :-)

With spanning, the limit becomes about 65500 (Excel also has a 65536 row limit).
