HawkEye is a new MapPoint Addin which syncs the view in Google Earth with the that of MapPoint automatically. As you navigate in MapPoint, Google Earth "flys" along with it.
This is very similar to Microsoft's much heralded Eagle Eye technology due to be released but without the restrictions.
