I need to purchase a license to the MapPoint ActiveX control

Greetings,

When it comes to distributing the ActiveX control with my software, do I simply pay Microsoft for each copy sold, or do I first need to be approved as a re-seller?

Also, what's another way to buy a license for the ActiveX control? Could I simply purchase a copy of MapPoint for each machine, and use the ActiveX which comes with it? Does the off-the-shelf version have an ActiveX control?

And where's the best place to buy a copy?
