creating radii based on highest concentration of pushpins

Is there a way for Mappoint to create radii on my map based on the highest concentration of pushpins? In other words, a way for it to tell me that x places in the country have the highest concentration within a certain number of miles?

You could do it thru custom programming but there is nothing built in that would do that.
