Modifying the Label in MapPoint

All,

I want to take the balloon that appears with a pushpin and do the following:

1. Change the font size and color
2. Drag the balloon to different areas (not right click, but actually click
and drag) while leaving the pointer to the same pushpin.

Is there a way to do this or somewhere someone can point me to? I cross posted this on the MapPoint newsgroup. If the answer is no (as I was told in MapPoint), is there a way to use the graphics API with the ActiveX control? I'm thinking adding a layer/add-on to MapPoint...

No, but you can change the place where the balloon resides top / left / bottom / right by sending keys to mappoint.

You can alter the font size in the balloons by going to View, Map Font - there is a choice of 5, unfortunately as you would expect it also changes the font size for the whole map as well.
