Exporting Data by Territory NOT Shapes

Hello Everyone-

Per the subject above, I've got a MapPoint file that contains 16 territories in an area of almost 70000 square miles (covering Kentucky and surrounding states). The territories were prepared/based on Zip codes, and the boundaries are fairly arbitrary. However, what is needed is a complete listing of the zip codes within each territory. Creating a shape to export the territory data into Excel is not prudent as it would take me quite some time to do. I would think it possible to find the zip codes contained in the territory, since each territory is determined by zip codes, but can find no way to do this. Could there be an add-in or programming/other option for acquiring this data?

Thank you very much for any help provided.

-Jeremy

When you created the territories, you prepared them based on zip code. Now you want to know which zip codes are in a territory? I know I am probably missing something but since you knew the zip codes to create the territories don't you already have the information you are trying to derive?

I figure I am missing a point else you wouldn't be asking this question.

WM - Good point, but I was setting arbitrary territories, and I don't know what's actually in the territories unless I zoom in and try and count them myself. I was more or less redefining our service areas, and there was no scientific basis behind them.

It's all good though, as I think I've found the answer to my question. I had to exit territory view, and then I could right click on the territories in the sidebar and click "Export." Thanks.
