MapPoint 2004/2006 or Virtual Earth ?

Hello,

I've to build an application which geocodes all the customer adresses of a customer.

I was using until now the couple Visual Basic and MapPoint 2004.

But, a lot of adresses aren't found in MapPoint 2004 but are found in Virtual Earth (I just wrote the adress in the http://local.live.com/ website)

1/ Is this possible to build a PC application with Virtual Earth SDK (without any web pages) ?

2/ How much cost Virtual Earth SDK ?

3/ Are the database of MapPoint Europe 2006 the same than Virtual Earth ?
