Mappoint 2006 on XP workstation with multiple account

Hi,

we have installed mappoint 2006 on a workstation.
we have installed a vb app that uses mappoint.

The problem is that many people have access to that workstation and each time a new user access our vb app, we get an error that tells us to install mappoint.

Then, we start mappoint using the actual user logged on.
We restart our vb app and it works fine.

We do not want to do it with every users that may log on that machine.

How can we tell mappoint or xp that mappoint is to be used with many users account.

When you installed it didn't ask whether to install for current user or for all users?
