Working with MapPoint 2002, Is it possible to draw custom graphical objects on the map, and is there support for Drag/Drop of custom objects (I.E. Objects that represent Points Of Interest)?

You can draw polygons, lines, and other objects (text).. to do it programmatically, see the Add* methods. You can move pushpins, but not the built-in points of interest. - Eric
