Exporting without address data

Is there away of stopping MapPoint exporting pushpins with address data?

I have a list of prospects in a MapPoint for a client. I want to show the company name and other fields, but I do not want them to be able to export the address data.

Rather than matching to address, you can create the pushpins by matching to lat/lon and not have any address associated with the Pushpin when it is imported. Then there is not address for them to export.

Do you mean the lat/lon? Actually you would first match to address, I assume you already have this done. Now you need to export that lat/lon using a tool like the Pushpin Tool, this exports the lat/lons to Excel. Now reimport with the lat/lon and be sure not to import the address.
