mapPoint 2006 activex control slow down form closing

Hi all, i have this problem

i'am developping a .NET appliaction with c#...
when i doubleclicked an address i open a new windows formm to show in a map this address. i use an activexcontrol of mappoint 2006...so till now no problem but when i close down the form with the map it takes some seconds to closed down...some one can help me?

I experiance the same. Very annoying because VS2005 dont let you start editing when debugger is not full terminated :(
I dont know how it comes. MP2004 did not have that slow shutdown. Maybe report it to Microsoft ?
