i want to be able to put numbers in the plotted circls on the map. if possible i would like to extract those numbers from a spreedsheet.
let me know what are my possiblities

No. I don't think so. You can always put text on the map, but the placement and style of the text are not very configurable. Also the text doesn't change very nicely at other zoom levels.
