MP Data files

Hello Community..

Does anyone happen to know if you can run MP 2006 with some of its data files removed (that is not accessible to it) ...this is to limit the size of it for download purposes.

Also, is there a place to get a definiion of what the 2 dozen or so
datafiles are comprised of?, their use?

My guess is that you won't get away with having any of them on the local machine

You need to install / have the full gamit of files on the local computer.
