CopyMap to Clipboard not working as expected!

I'm using CopyMap method on a map that has been zoomed via put_altitude and positioned via location.Goto method, which causes the map to draw just fine. However, when I get a copy of the map, it is just a default view of North America, not the current view I am seeing. Anyone else have this problem?

I have a second question does Mappoint eventuallay have problemes to copy to the clipboard while using special patches from windows Xo SP2?
