Converting "Streets & Trips" files to MapPoint

:?: I have thousands of files set up with Microsoft Streets & Trips.
Is there any way I can convert these files to MapPoint files?

Read and Write Directly to MapPoint Binary Files

Otherwise it may be possible to automate within MapPoint.. it could convert and change the file formats itself.
