validation error in mappoint.wsdl

Has anyone seen this? When I open the URL http://staging.mappoint.net/standard-30/mappoint.wsdl in XMLSpy, the mappoint.wsdl file shows valdiation errors:

Required attribute 'parts' of parent element 'soap:header' expected before first child element.
