What is "Arena 2006". I search for it and saw there's a game Alien Arena 2006 ?

If you are asking about MapPoint 2006, then - no, unfortunately. It would be nice if there was something like in Excel or the MapBasic Windows in MapInfo Pro to generate code as you perform actions and commands in MapPoint (it would make figuring out how to code DisplayDataMap so much easier!), but there is not.

I wonder if somehow a third-party could find a way to develop something?

Indeed, it would be nice if there was macro recorder within MapPoint.

But for your information, Arena (Rockwell software) is a discrete event simulation software.
