AddPushpin method - bold text

Is it possible to bold some of the text in the .Note property of a pushpin that I am adding via the AddPushpin method? If you import the data through the wizard, it bolds the field names for each item within the note. I would like to be able to do that through the AddPushPin method. I cannot find any documentation regarding this.
