Encoding Silverlight Video with GPS coordinates

<p>I have heard that you can raise events in Silverlight videos during playback, but I hadn't thought much about what I would do with it. Rob Blackwell shows off a particularly innovative use of this capability, encoding his video with GPS coordinates which are exposed through onMarkerReached events during playback.
